In the whole world there is no single procedure or standard for the approval or AAD use for parachuting. Individual countries or national authority and individual manufacturers are governed by national rules or own rules.
Many countries and several manufacturers are no rules does and leaves the decision to the user. Here you can find the current status of approvals with use the m2 in different countries or in different parachute containers of various manufacturers.
Aero Club of Czech Republic
Aero Club of Czech Republic issued The Permission to use product in Czech Republic.
H/C NEXT NENS X, producer PARATEC GmbH
MarS a.s. performed testing of H/C parachute NEXT NENS X with device m2 AAD by PIA TS-112. Device with H/C passed all the prescribed tasks. MarS a.s. recommend to install the device m2 AAD in H/C NEXT NENS X accrding to instruction in the attached file.
Note: AADs are not subjects of authorization in Germany through public institutions or authorized persons.

H/C SPIRIT VARIO, producer ParAAvis
MarS a.s. performed testing of H/C parachute SPIRIT VARIO with device m2 AAD by PIA TS-112. Device with H/C passed all the prescribed tasks. MarS a.s. declare – if AAD m2 is installed correctly in the way described in the manual, it will neither interfere nor obstruct the TSOed functions of the SPIRIT VARIO harness/container system.
